“I’m thankful for the opportunity to work at the Family Foundation School because each semester at graduation, as I watch the students walk across the stage to receive their high school diploma, I think back to the first day they walked through the doors of the school. Each student was heading down a path that could have ruined or destroyed their lives. And now they have a second chance. It is truly a gift to be part of a team effort to help each student find the good that is within them, helping to bring that out so they can proudly say, “I earned my high school diploma,” and just as important, “I found the true me that was always there, but hidden from me and others.”
